Is MyOrlandoSentinel.com selling subscription for a digital version or home delivery?
All subscriptions on our site are for home delivery only.
If I am a current subscriber, am I eligible for your discounted subscriptions rates?
The rates quoted by MyOrlandoSentinel.com are available for new subscribers only. Current subscribers are not eligible to receive the rates on MyOrlandoSentinel.com. However, customers may add additional subscriptions for couponing benefits (premium will be applied) as long as the existing account is not cancelled until original agree upon terms.
What if my subscription has already ended?
Orlando Sentinel policies only permit new subscription prices for those customers who have not been a current subscriber for the last 30 days. If you received home delivery in the past and have decided to start to receive home delivery again, we welcome you.
What is EZ-Pay?
EZPay makes future payments easy and assures uninterrupted service by authorizing the Orlando Sentinel to bill the designated credit card directly at time of agreed billing cycle.
If I sign up for EZPay, will I receive any notice prior to charge for next billing cycle?
Yes. The Orlando Sentinel will send a statement prior to any charge taking place indicating the next billing cycle is coming. The statement should usually arrive 5 to 10 days prior to charge taking place. Should you wish to discontinue the service, simply contact the Orlando Sentinel’s customer service at 800.359.5353 and let them know.
How do I order a renewal?
MyOrlandoSentinel.com does not handle renewals. The Orlando Sentinel customer service representatives can renew your subscription over the phone at 1-800-359-5353.
How many subscriptions can I receive?
You are now allowed to receive up to 4 subscriptions at the same address; this is great for extra money saving coupons.

Yes. Any personal information we receive from you is used only to provide the highest quality home delivery service available. Can Orlando Sentinel subscriptions be paid by credit card?
Yes. You can charge your subscription on most major credit cards. Simply enter your credit card information on our secure site. Your credit card will be only charged for the amount of the subscription you choose. Your statement will reflect a payment to “Paradym Promotions Group, Inc.”. You can also send us a personal check or money order. Nothing could be more convenient.
